Built 8.8 Rear end, IRS applications, no core required!
This is a completely rebuilt / built ford 8.8 rear differential for IRS applications. Available in three different case options. The compact Aluminum Cobra/Mark8 case, Ford Thunderbird SC cast iron case (strongest), or the 2007-2010 Explorer case. All of these that i rebuild have the dual front mounting ears. There is NO core fee, i provide the core rear end!
This build includes the best bang for your buck LSD. The detroit truetrac limited slip (LSD/Posi) differential for the ford 8.8″ rear end. This truetrac is for 31 spline axle stubs. This rebuild also includes all new seals, bearings, and ring gear hardware.
I can build your rear with any available Ford 8.8″ ratio. Please put the ratio you would like in the order notes if it is not listed. I highly recommend the Ford Motorsports gears as they are normally the quietest operating gears for street applications. All the listed options are Ford Motorsports gears.
Does not include inner axle stubs or axles. If you need stubs or axles or have any other questions please contact me. I can also build these with other options, like wavetrac LSD’s or other gear ratios, just ask!
